Law Office of Mark B. Palmer

Mark Palmer has been a private attorney since 1984. He has operated his own firm, the Law Office of Mark B. Palmer, since 1994, representing tenants only. Mark Palmer represents both commercial and residential tenants in unlawful detainer actions (eviction cases), lease reviews, security deposit disputes, and rent control matters. He was even featured on the KNX-AM Business Hour in Los Angeles as an expert in tenants’ rights. **This attorney is a member of the Tenant Lawyer Network of California (TLN). The TLN is a professional association of dues-paying tenant lawyers operated by Tenants Together. The TLN is not a lawyer referral service. TLN members do not share fees with TLN or Tenants Together or pay any referral fee. TLN members have been sponsored by three TLN members, confirmed to Tenants Together that they are committed to the defense of tenants rights, and certified to Tenants Together that they represent residential tenants, not landlords. Although I have been in practice since 1984, I have operated my own firm since 1994, representing tenants only. I have handled hundreds of unlawful detainer actions and many appeals. I donate my time at Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles (Santa Monica office) for the tenants’ rights clinics.
