Many tenants encounter judicial bias in California courts.  Tenants Together is deeply concerned about bias against tenants in our courts.  Laws that protect tenants and hold landlords accountable have little effect if judges will not enforce those laws. 

Our "Share Your Story" feature of the site allows tenants and advocates to share stories about tenant issues in California.  We encourage tenants who have encountered judicial bias in the courts to post their experience on our Tenant Voices page.
