Los angeles my nightmare began about
more than a year ago when my water&power were disconnected due to non payment
Disconnected 08-00-00 anyways i tried calling my landlord about the fact that even tho it was a breach of.contract on his behalf confirming that the lease stated Owner or landlord is responsible for water, sewer, trash and landscaping
However he had not kept his deal for the last almost 4 yrs. He was upset n treaten to evict me n i then deffsnding myself made him aware i knw my rights said he was putting my kids & myself in a inhabiting place to live without power or water. Which he was by now even more mad.
He sudggested i start looking he then proceeded with more serious accusations like blaming me for the power panel n random other damages that i know i was not responsible for and did not believe him until i receive proofs which i am not concern about. However when the moment came he served me a unlawful detainer n as much evidence i have provided the judge asked i agree i signed to move out by may 22 otherwise i would still lose my section8 due to my attorney withdraw herself a few days before trial and so i did n so finally on June 28 i was removed with my children from the premises n the
Notice stated i have 15days to contact my landlord to set a date to pick up my belongings however on the 30 my entire life and was destroyed dumped into a dumpster truck as i witness all my belongings being trashed i begged my landlord to plz let me pick up a few of my children clothing n important belongings he refused and i then began to live a life as a homeless. I have lost most of my things, my family n faith that their is justice n hopes for the good people HOWEVER im once again hoping one persons heart is touched with my story n is able to assist me.
