I feel I have a landmark case if assisted. I believe my first amendment rights my civil rights were violated and my right to peaceful domain. Briefly I filed a TRO against the grandson of the property manager and the son of the bookkeeper. They are not the owner. They begged me to go to a stipulation instead of formal TRO because he had done nothing further and they wanted to be sure it was not on his permanent record. Out of kindness I agreed after asking many times of their lawyer to assure me there would be no further issues or action against me in retaliation. He said they agreed and they just wanted this behind them. The stipulation included language even at my concern, to allow the defendant of the TRO to enter the complex because he also works for the property management company. Reluctantly but out of kind heart I signed the stipulation and within 24-48 hours I was given a 90 day notice of eviction. I have never missed a rent payment. The reason on the eviction was "due to recent circumstances" I am a 21 year old girl and I have two jobs, attend college and am very responsible. never had any problems at this location. I need help please. I want to show that just because women stand up and speak out they do not have to be retaliated against. I think this is a good case to showcase that thought. I am having a hard time finding something even close in rent Im getting sick, anxiety and nervous. I need help please.
