ECHO Housing services include

1) Tenant/Landlord Counseling Program

• provides information to tenants and landlords on their housing rights and responsibilities

2) Rental Assistance Program

• assists residents living in Livermore and Pleasanton with move-in costs or delinquent rent due to a temporary financial setback

3) Fair Housing Program

• committed to ending discrimination in housing by providing counseling, investigation, mediation, enforcement, and education
• counselors conduct site investigations and enforcement in response to reports of housing discrimination complaints
