State Legislation
Our 2026 Endorsed Legislation
Tenants Together advocates for, co-sponsors, and wins state legislation to change the status quo in the State Legislature for California’s 17 million tenants. We don’t have big real estate lobby money on our side: we have you.
Our member organizations decide and drive all of our legislative work, organizing on the ground to move their legislators on issues facing tenants in the community. Below are our member-approved legislative positions for 2026.
