Eligibility: SLOLAF provides free legal assistance on civil matters to eligible low-income residents of San Luis Obispo County, including seniors (60+), veterans, people with disabilities, and other individuals/families, No immigration status/documentation needed

Eligibility: If you receive financial assistance under one or more of the following programs, you meet the income eligibility criteria for SDVLP's free legal services: CAL-WORKS (TANF) Program Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or State Supplemental Payments Program (SSP) Food Stamps Program County Relief, General Relief (G.R.) or General Assistance (G.A.) Program Older Americans Act (age 60 or older) Developmentally Disabled Assistance Act OR: If your household income is at or below established income guidelines as determined by Title 25 of the California Administrative Code for Housing and Community Development you are eligible.

Eligibility: Low-to-moderate income families with dependent children; senior citizens (55+); disabled individuals; veterans; victims of domestic violence; pregnant women in their 2nd or 3rd trimester; and transitioning emancipated foster youth who have a critical need and who reside in the counties of Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, or Sonoma

Eligibility: Helps individuals dealing with mental health issues navigate social support services and obtain support from peers.

Eligibility: low cost, flat fee rates are charged.

Eligibility: Tenants being evicted in foreclosure actions by banks.
