Eligibility: You must qualify as a low income individual; You must physically live in either Riverside or San Bernardino County; IELLA is able to help U.S. citizens, legal residents, and non-legal residents

Eligibility: assist low-income clients in Sacramento County in the following clinics: Bankruptcy Clinic, Elder Law and Health Clinic, Immigration Clinic and Victims of Crime Clinic.

Eligibility: If you receive financial assistance under one or more of the following programs, you meet the income eligibility criteria for SDVLP’s free legal services: CAL-WORKS (TANF) Program Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or State Supplemental Payments Program (SSP) Food Stamps Program County Relief, General Relief (G.R.) or General Assistance (G.A.) Program Older Americans Act (age 60 or older) Developmentally Disabled Assistance Act; OR: If your household income is at or below established income guidelines as determined by Title 25 of the California Administrative Code for Housing and Community Development you are eligible.

Eligibility: Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles helps low-income people. People with income less than 125% of the federal poverty guidelines are eligible and may qualify for assistance. Sometimes people with less than 200% of the federal poverty guidelines can qualify. Please call LAFLA at 800-399-4529 to see if you are eligible.

SLS provides general advice, counsel and representation in civil legal matters, such as housing, income maintenance/ finance, elder abuse, consumer matters, estate planning and related issue

Serving communities in the Central Valley and Sierra Foothills with offices based in Visalia, Merced, and Fresno. (ONLY AVAILABLE FOR DOCUMENTED US CITIZENS)
